CASE STUDY: Number One

Implemented PLC reporting and management information systems in order to monitor progress.
Undertook a wide ranging review and thereafter implemented a change in strategy which resulted in the conversion of a loss making building company in to an alternative energy solutions provider with turnover increasing from £1 to £10m in three years with in excess of £1m profits.

After our involvement ceased despite the company gaining Dragon’s Den investment the company failed as it did not manage the exponential growth – which highlights that too many sales can be as terminal as too little sales if not managed correctly.
